The following reports\/studies are to be undertaken during the site analysis phase to determine the technical service feasibility for the site:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Land Surveyor Certificate:<\/strong> The size, and shape of the property, as well as servitudes, are indicated by the Land Surveyor Certificate.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Geological Report:<\/strong> The geological assessment is meant to provide an overview of the site&#8217;s current conditions. Its goal is to detect geologic dangers and issues, as well as to evaluate the site&#8217;s suitability for the planned project.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Environmental Report: <\/strong>You will want to know whether there are any protected plant and animal species and other vital natural ecosystems on your property.
